Niroshma Chetty holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Avon and Dedisa Peaking Power. Her vast professional experience spans the field of the telecommunication and energy sectors.
 
Throughout her career, Ms. Chetty has showcased versatility by navigating varied domains, from spearheading start-ups and overseeing infrastructure project finance to expertly managing business cases. Her strategic acumen has been instrumental in achieving financial closure for numerous construction projects, complemented by her prowess in operations management.

Executive CFO and Head of Human Resources

Possessing a wealth of expertise in finance, Xola Stock has left his mark on both public and private sectors. His notable tenure at the National Treasury’s Office of the CPO is a testament to his acumen in the field.
 
Prior to his role at Avon and Dedisa Peaking Power, Xola served as an executive at SARS. Since 2013, he has been an integral part of the Peakers project, currently leading as the CFO and overseeing the Human Resources department.

Claude brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our business from the energy sector. He holds a National Diploma in Elect Eng (H/C) and MDP and is an experienced energy expert with over 26 years in maintenance, engineering, SHEQ, risk and assurance, contracts management, fossil fuel and renewables O&M as well as management.

  • Our Board of Directors carry a profound understanding of the power generation sector. Their collective experience spans technical, operational, financial, environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder management facets, not only on a local scale but also on an international arena.
  • Our board comprises representatives from Engie, Legend Power Solutions (LPS), Mitsui, and the Peakers Trust, bringing together a diverse and robust blend of expertise and insights.
